The pursuit
Animus is a pragmatic capitalist movement. Its founding conviction is that capitalism is neither a failed project nor inherently bad. It is a system capable of improvement, and the movement is the constant pursuit of its perfected state — a state never fully attainable, where the pursuit itself is what makes capitalism better.
What Animus seeks to improve is not reducible to a list of reforms. Its true subject is the spirit that lives inside people: the character with which they build, exchange, lead, endure and share. That inner spirit is where the name comes from.

Three virtues
Resilience
Resilience asks a person to endure difficulty without becoming diminished by it. It is the discipline to adapt, rebuild and continue — individually and together — when circumstances test the strength of conviction.
Magnanimity
Magnanimity asks a person to use strength generously. It is ambition without smallness: the willingness to create more than one can keep, to elevate others and to measure success by the horizon it opens.
III
The measure of better
The measure is plain: improve the life of humans, on Earth and beyond. Progress matters only when it expands the capacity of people to live with agency, security, purpose and possibility.
Animus is a movement for humans and humanoids alike. As intelligent machines begin to work, earn and participate beside people, the same virtues must shape the economic world both inhabit.

Automation-funded shared prosperity
A highly automated AI economy should enlarge prosperity rather than concentrate it.
Animus advances automation-funded shared prosperity: an economic program in which the gains produced by AI, robotics and autonomous systems reach everyone, not only the owners of the machines. Automation should fund broader human capability, stronger communities and a future in which abundance becomes shared ground.
