Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of opusaiai.com and its subpages (the “Site”), operated by OpusAI, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“OpusAI”, “we”). By using the Site you accept them. If you do not, do not use the Site.

The Site is informational

The Site describes a protocol under development and the thinking behind it. Nothing on it is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, digital asset, or other financial instrument, in any jurisdiction. sOpusAI, OpusAIᵀ and OpusAIᴱᵀ are modeled and counsel-gated; none is offered. The proposed vOpusAI-USDC vault share is a design concept and is not offered. OpusX is a simulated proof of concept that moves no real dollars. See the Disclosures.

No advice

Nothing on the Site is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or avoid anything. OpusAI is not an investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 or Florida Chapter 517, is not a broker-dealer, and owes no fiduciary duty to visitors. Figures shown are OpusAI’s own protocol-level records or model outputs; they may be wrong, delayed or revised, and past performance does not guarantee future results. Digital assets carry substantial risk, including total loss.

Market data and APIs

Free feeds and paid data services published by OpusIntelligence at opusai.work are provided under their own terms, shown on those services. Where those terms conflict with these, those terms govern for the service concerned.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access operator pages, accounts or backend functions that are not made available to you.
• Do not probe, scan or test the security of the Site, or interfere with its operation.
• Do not scrape the Site at a rate that degrades it for others. The sitemap and robots file describe what is open to crawlers.
• Do not use the Site to violate any law or the rights of others.

Intellectual property

The Site, its text, marks (including the OpusAI name, the tetrahedron mark and the organ wordmarks), design and code are owned by OpusAI, LLC or its licensors. You may read, link to and quote the Site with attribution. You may not reproduce it in bulk, present it as your own, or use the marks to suggest affiliation or endorsement.

Third-party links

The Site links to Morpho, USD.AI, exchanges, data sources and other external properties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpusAI, LLC and its members, managers and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or capital, arising from your use of or reliance on the Site, even if advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred US dollars.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify OpusAI, LLC against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change is acceptance of it.
