Phase 1 carries a 0% performance fee and does not accept outside deposits.
A future 5% performance fee applies only if an outside-deposit phase is reached after legal review and appointment of an independent guardian.
Material risks include smart-contract, liquidity, borrower-default, stablecoin and curator risk.
