Privacy Policy

This policy explains what OpusAI, LLC (“OpusAI”, “we”) collects when you visit opusaiai.com and its subpages (the “Site”), how it is used, and the choices you have. The Site is informational. It does not take deposits, open accounts, or process payments.

What we collect

• Usage data. The Site uses Google Analytics to measure traffic: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, referring site, and time on page. Google sets cookies to do this. IP addresses are not stored by us; Google processes them under its own terms.
• Information you send us. If you email support@opusaiai.com, we keep the message and your address to reply.
• Operator accounts. A small number of authenticated operator pages exist for OpusAI staff and appointed guardians. Those accounts are provisioned by OpusAI and are not open to the public.

We do not collect financial account details, government identifiers, or wallet addresses from visitors, and we do not sell personal information.

How we use it

• To understand which pages are read and improve the Site.
• To answer questions sent to us.
• To keep the Site secure and detect abuse.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics cookies are the only tracking cookies on the Site. You can block them with a browser setting or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking them does not affect anything on the Site. Google’s handling of analytics data is described in its privacy policy.

Third parties

The Site is hosted on Base44. Some pages read published market data from OpusAI’s own services at opusai.work. Links to Morpho, USD.AI, exchanges and other external sites lead to properties we do not control; their policies apply there.

Retention

Analytics data is retained by Google for the period set in our Analytics configuration (currently 14 months). Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle the request and for our records.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to its processing. To exercise any of these, email support@opusaiai.com. We will respond within 30 days. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.

Florida residents: this policy is provided in accordance with the Florida Information Protection Act. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom: the legal basis for analytics is our legitimate interest in understanding how the Site is used; you may object at any time using the opt-out above.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the effective date above.
